In the quaint embrace of Free State, 2015 marked the inception of Tresley’s Fine Food. Nestled within the serene ambiance of a cozy farm, Trevor and Wesley unveiled their culinary haven to the world. With dedication as their compass and innovation as their guiding star, they embarked on a journey to redefine the essence of fine dining.

Ribs removed from the pork bellies used to make bacon are cured and smoked. Made ready for the Braai or a slow roast in the oven.

Our Salmon, imported from Norway, arrives in Johannesburg packed on crushed ice and never frozen. When it arrives at Tresley’s, we gently cure it and cold smoke it over Oak wood.
